Betsy Eyring Senior Operations Director

Betsy is a seasoned professional with over 16 years of cross-industry experience in business management, operations and human resources. She brings multifaceted expertise in diverse sectors (both public and private, domestic and multinational) including banking, ed-tech, mobile and software development, and non-profit organizations. 

Prior to joining Y Innovations as a Senior Operations Director, Betsy served in diverse roles which have provided her with extensive experience as an early stage CFO (Upoc Networks / Dada Inc), Board Advisor (various), Director of HR & Operations (various), Technical Project Lead (Atomic Software), and Mentor. Her expertise spans hiring and scaling software / engineering teams, process and program optimization, financial management, product discovery and development, innovation management, compensation structure development, risk management, policy compliance, project management, DEI implementation and fostering cultures which support continuous improvement. 

A graduate of the University of Rhode Island with advanced studies in classical and jazz piano performance at Juilliard, and three time NYC Marathon runner, she embodies a unique blend of strategic, analytical and creative thinking. This balance is evident in her approach to problem-solving, which combines collaboration, creativity, and rigorous analysis.
