Megan Yung CEO and General Partner

Megan is an experienced corporate strategist and attorney who has created strategic assets for companies through high value collaborations and joint ventures, strategic financings, and has worked on some of the largest, most impactful world-wide litigations. Her academics and industry experience in genetic engineering and bioinformatics, as well as her business and legal foundations, provide significant support as she allocates her skills to companies at the forefront of these biotech fields.

She is currently the CEO of Y Innovations Group and a General Partner at Yung Ventures. She is also a board member of various companies providing guidance on financing, IPO activities, and pipeline strategy. Megan has previously held positions in both public and private biotechs, including as the Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Operating Officer, General Counsel, and VP Head of IP, Strategy, and/or Competitive Intelligence. Megan also served as an attorney at some of the largest and most well respected firms worldwide.
